
- Recommended Service for first-time clients
We recommend you select a Deep Clean for your first time, which will allow us to clean your home from top to bottom and ensure a clean foundation for the rest of your cleaning needs. After that, we recommend you select a Weekly or Bi-weekly service to keep your home sparkling clean!
- What does a Regular Cleaning Service include?
Do’s:
- Kitchen (clean sink, counter tops, upper and lower cabinet faces, stove top)
- All exterior surfaces in all rooms are wiped down/dusted
- Baseboards in all rooms are dusted
- Floors are vacuumed and mopped
- Bathroom (complete toilet clean, shower, handles, tub, drain)
- Bedroom shelving, nightstands, bed frames, bed is made)
- A tidy up of surfaces (i.e. stacking magazines etc.)
- All window sills dusted
- All trash emptied in all rooms where needed
Don’ts:
- All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)
- Deep Cleanings have additional time allotted to spend more time on the items in the Do's.
- What does a Deep Cleaning Service include?
Do’s:
- Everything included in our Regular Clean+
- Washing of Baseboards
- Washing of Light switches & Door handles
- Washing of window sills
- Extra hour included for high detail areas
Don’ts:
- Extras are not included in a Deep Cleaning service and should be selected as an add-on when choosing your cleaning needs.
- Will I be charged upon booking?
All first time clients will be charged upon booking to ensure your scheduled service is fulfilled. If you schedule a reoccurring service, you will be charged automatically on the day of your scheduled service.
- Cancellations, Refunds, and Reschedule
We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations and you will receive a full refund to your payment information on file. If you do not cancel within 48 hours, you will not receive a refund and will be charged for your full service.
To avoid being charged, please be sure to reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled service. Please note, you will be charged on the day of your newly scheduled service to your payment information on file.
- What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are:
Monday - Saturday: 8am-5pm
*We are closed Sundays
- Do you clean any surfaces outside of the home?
We do not clean any surfaces outside of your home as our insurance only covers our Cleaning Professionals inside your home.
- Will the same Cleaning Professional clean my home each time?
This can be done upon request. We will try our best to send the same Cleaning Professionals each time, but know that if someone is unavailable, we may send someone else.
- What if I want to skip this week's cleaning service? Will I still be charged?
You will not be charged if you let us know 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning service. If you do not let us know, your account information on file will be charged with no refund available.
- Is there a rescheduling fee?
There is no rescheduling fee as long as you reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning service. If you do not reschedule, you will be charged with no refund available.
- Are your prices negotiable?
No - Our rates are non-negotiable as we provide full transparency to our customers. You are charged according to your selections on our booking page. This is to ensure that we can provide the best service possible to fit all of your customized cleaning needs.
